Billing, Change of Credit Card or Cancellation Inquiries

If you need to get in contact with a member of our billing team please follow one of the processes below.

Billing Inquiry

If you have a general billing inquiry please submit a ticket to the billing department or send an email to billing@subhub.com.

Update Card Details

To change the credit card we take your payments from please login to your site and click the 'My Account' link at the top right of your site and then click 'Request to update your credit/debit card'.

Request to Cancel

To request to cancel your site please login to your site and click the 'My Account' link at the top right of your site and the click 'Request to cancel your site'.
